You can change the script that does the print screen to invoke this DM command:
dmcmd msglin $DMNAME

That will put the DMNAME on the message line.

On 50 series (Solaris) Foxview, the top window bar displaying the DMNAME is NOT 
printed via print screen.

On 70 series (Windows) Foxview, the top window bar IS printed.

I tested this on IA V 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x.

The "View menu" you describe is a windows function.  I am trying to have the 
DMNAME or Letterbug displayed on Solaris.

Am I missing something?

a) Time and Date on the FoxView can be optionally shut off from display.
   If so, use the View menu to change the options and turn it on.

b) If its 50 series, the whole FoxView screen, including title bar 
   with station and FV instance names is printed

c) If it's a 70 series, the Hypersnap options can be adjusted to change
   the content of the printout.  The camera icon in the system tray 
   ( bottom of screen, by the windows time) id Hypersnap.
