Re: [foxboro] Snapshot gets wrong (few) colors on AW51B-WP51B (V6.5)

Esteban,
This may not help you if you don't call up remote Displays from
your AW/WP51's, but if you use Hummingbird on a PC you can hold down the
"Alt" key and then press the "PrintScreen" key and it will capture the
selected window as a bitmap image to the paste buffer. It can then be
pasted into any document or graphic program for modification or
printing. If you use "Shift - Printscreen" it will capture the entire
desktop with any windows that are open at the time. The colors will
look exactly like the screen unless you save the file in a different
format. I usually save them as .GIF's which are much smaller filesize
with only minimal differences in color. Hope this helps someone out
there. We often use the "Printscreen" capture to document software
application procedures graphically.

Subject: [foxboro] Snapshot gets wrong (few) colors on AW51B-WP51B
(V6.5)

I need to capture some screenshots from our AW51/WP51.
Played a bit with 'snapshot' and 'imagetool', but the best I could get
is a
.rs file with 43 colors (according to Image Tool View -> Image Info),
which
renders a useless image.
Can anyone tell me how to get screenshots?
Thanks in advance
EFX
