Alan,
Thanks for your response, I agree parts replacement is the only value we
can find in having a service agreement. Seems like a pretty big price tag
for the ability to get parts quickly though. We have a very good field
service person, but have very little need for his services. As far as TAC
I agree that they are not normally very helpful.
