Hi,

TAC was and is helpful for our site here in cologne.

Everyone should keep in mind that they have to reproduce bugs before
they can give it further to the development. The guys from TAC don't
have that knowledge of the developers.

The (missing) flow of information from the developers to TAC is the real
bottleneck in my eyes.
