I can suggest to use the Foxboro built is user "ia" to run your remote 
sessions?

This account does NOT have "root" privlileges and is therefore a bit more 
safe. It has the password "remote" if you want to give it a try.

By default the account provides a .profile file in /opt/ia that does all the 
work for you. I'm not that familiar with go_global but I recall it uses it's 
own Xserver on the ia platform so you may need to tweak the .profile file to 
suit your needs and get the server number corrected.
There may be others using go_global that can provide more accurate info on 
this?

Please read my other reply on this list for some other issues and workarounds 
concerning this account.
