It is in the /usr/openwin/lib/openwin-menu-programs is the file you want to
edit for the program menu and if you want to edit the utility menu, it is
the openwin-menu-utility file.

I need a way to disable the command tool pick when you do a right click on
the screen and select programs. Where is this file and I'll remove command
tools from the drop down box.
