I have faced such problem at one of refineries where I worked before. At
this site our SRDs were connected to FBM246. At our site this problem
occurred whenever the device temperature went above 50 deg C.
This occurred at our site mostly due to high ambient temperature and when
the heat insulation on the valve body was removed for some reason. The
problem solved only by protecting the SRD991 from close contact with heat
radianting bodies and direct fall of sunlight in summer.
