If you don't need a large number of samples in your hourly average, a
quick and easy method is to use a DTIME block paired with a SIGSEL
block. In the DTIME block, set the NUMBKT (number of buckets) parameter
to 8. Also in the DTIME block, set the DT parameter to the time period
in minutes that you want your average to span. In this example, set the
value to 60. Each bucket will "move forward" every DT/NUMBKT (7.5 in
this case) minutes. The first bucket will take on the average value
read since the last new value was stored.
In the SIGSEL block connect each of the eight inputs to a bucket in
DTIME (INP1 to BKT_1, INP2 to BKT_2, etc.) Set the SIGSEL block to
calculate your average by setting SELOPT to 3. =3D20
This may work for your hourly averages. From there, a larger solution
may accumulate and average the resulting hourly averages.

We are being ask to provide some rolling averages. They will not be =
