I haven't tried it, but if you run gpedit.msc from the Run... dialog box
under the Start button, you get the Group Policy editor.

Under "Local Computer Policy...Computer Configuration...Administrative
Templates...Windows Components...Terminal Services...Sessions."  At that
point there are several session policies you can edit.
