The main problem here is that regardless what you do in others areas the =
last environment instruction is followed.  So you may follow the =
instructions which tell you that by default all remote access has omsets =
disabled.  However as soon as an environment enables onsets it stays =
that way until you explicitly disable them.  I took the view to disable =
all remote omsets in each environment.  However I have a number of nodes =
sharing the same panel room.  I wish to allow remote access within that =
panel room to make changes.  So I explicitly re-enable those stations in =
the same environment.

dmcmd enable omsets #enable OM sets
dmcmd enable almack #enable alarm acknowledgement
