Suzi,

Try going controlnet with 2CNBs in each processor rack for an "A" & 
"B" channel.  Use KFCs instead of a KF2s (not "officially" supported 
by Foxboro, but a lot of people are running this setup).  This should 
give you the redundancy requested.  If you have more questions I can 
give you a PLC guy to contact off list.
