Just put the path in you env file like this:
dmcmd nologscr
/usr/c1/disp/c1params <-------
dmcmd passwd
dmcmd setacl 1 ++++++++
dmcmd chng_env
dmcmd enable omsets
dmcmd button 0 Sys /usr/fox/sys
dmcmd button 1 keep
dmcmd button 2 Reports /usr/fox/soft/reports
