Well, the AP/AW looks okay at a glance.

As does the CP, but there are other limits.


At this point, I think you need to contact your FS folks or the =
regional
Customer Satisfaction Center.

        The only other thing that I would expect to cause this problem is a
shortage of resources in the CP or the AW/AP.
        Type:=20
        show_params=20
        on the AW/AP to see if anything is near a limit. I don't expect that
to  be the case.
        Most likely, the CP is out of resources. What type of CP is it? How
heavily is it loaded (idle time and free RAM from Select display.
