Thanks, but yes, it was online. The ABSCAN block shows an error when the
ECB is offline, and the other ABSCAN blocks that are polling that PLC are
working.

Corey,
You didn't mention going into System Management and putting the ECB15
online. (They are installed off-line.) I've had that problem before with
new ECBs. It's an obvious suggestion, yes. But, I need to ask.
