Alternatively, in FoxDraw, look at the Display Properties (under
the File menu).  If your FoxView/FoxDraw is not too old, there
is an Overlay tab and it allows you to set s default placement
for the overlay as one of nine places.  If you call it up
without the location modifier ( the '-l') it is presented at
the location specified here.
