What about changing the password of the user Fox before to start the
installation?
Does somebody if that work?

If you change the password for the user Fox, various services that run as
the user Fox will not run. You would have to go to each service and change
the password on each individual PC. There is no mechanism that propagates
that change automatically to services.
The odds of someone changing the passwords of a dozen or so services on
dozens of PCs correctly are quite low.
Additionally, some program may have embedded the Fox/gnomes combination in
their code and those programs would fail.
Does this help you understand why you can't just change the password?
