Ok,
So now my mind says! Ok...what's up with MS today...
I decided to do a Google search and read everyone's posts and what I
found is...
Look at this MS KB article....

Seems you do require a TS-Cal on all server 2003 machines for remote
users/devices and if you have a oem version of XP " Professional" dated
prior to April 24, 2003 they will send you a token for 1 device per
license that you have.
