Re: [foxboro] P91 and remote clients

Yes thanks that helps.

So when I start a remote Foxview with Internet Explorer to a P91 I am
using a Terminal Server Client. Thanks also for the info on why CALs
were bundled.

Re: When a remote client connects to a P91 does it use a TS-CAL or CAL?
CAL - This license supports file sharing

TS CAL - This license supports Terminal Services.

Re: What are the differences in Foxboro terms between TS-CALs and CALs,
what is a TS-CAL used for and what is CAL used for?

If the information above does not answer this question, I need you to
clarify what you would like to know.

BTW, the CAL licenses are bundled with the P91 because MS includes them
with the Win2K3 license we ship. The TS CALs are not included because MS
does not include them and because we believe that no all P91 customers
will purchase them. (We could be wrong about that.)

Hope this helps.
