Terry, We had that problem here at our site. It manifested itself after a software upgrade. Similar symptoms, cyan points. A reboot of a CP, or WP would take care of it for a while. Turns out it was a bent pin on the WP DNBI. The bent pin had been there for who knows how long. We replaced that and no more cyan problems.
