So, Patrick, what did you do to fix your problem? Did you have to apply that
quick fix Tim referred to?
At some point I'll have to migrate my PI interface to a Windows box also, and
I'm, um, kind of scared of that day. I need to learn from those who went before
me.

There is a Quick Fix, QF1007921, that will correct the problem you are
seeing with fxbais.exe not running as a service in Windows Server 2003.
Alternatively, you can load FoxAPI v.4.3.2, which incorporates this
Quick Fix. The Quick Fix loads a new version of the file foxapi.dll to
correct the problem.

Yes FoxAPI is starting, I can start the interface from ICU. WE converted
from UNIX (I miss my UNIX already) to Windows.
