I suppose you checked if the foxapi is running? Make sure your foxapi is 
started before you start the fxbais.Also you should be able to start the 
interface yourself from the directory. On a Unix system it's under 
/opt/piapi/bin/go_pistart . We're running a pi interface on a unix box, so 
 i have no experience with the windows version.

P90 Windows 2003 Server
FoxAPI 4.3.2
PI Interface 2.3.3.49 for Windows

I am getting an error on bootup that one or more service did not start,
check the event log and process is fxbais which is the PI interface.
