Re: Should I be concerned with PI degrading the performance of the system?
Generally, it is not an issue so long as change delta is not zero.
Re: FoxAPI
OSI and IPS work together to ensure compatibility of PI API. You need to
ensure that you are running the most recent FoxAPI release (V4.3.1
currently).

Subject: [foxboro] OSI PI system loading
Hi List,
We have a small legacy nodebus system,=20
1 CP30=20
4 CP40=20
3 CP60
1 AB30
1 MB30=20
1 AW51F, ver 7.0
3 WP51B, ver 6.3
We are planning on installing an OSI PI data historian sometime this
summer. I have a couple of questions.
1. Should I be concerned with PI degrading the performance of the
system?
2. PI uses API for data collection, are there any documents I could read
up on covering which version works with what?
