Re: [foxboro] OPC connection problems

If you have tried everything and failed then checkout the product called
LinkMaster from Kepware. Use it in-between the FBM and the OPC server.
It should be able to be installed on the HP server, startup as a service
and load a point/group configuration file on startup. You can build the
configuration file in Excel, save it as a CSV file and import it into
LinkMaster.
There is a free trial version you can try out. If it works for you the
license is about $900 USD.

Subject: [foxboro] OPC connection problems

On behalf of Ken Fox:

Having trouble connecting new Main Plant Computer which is a 2003 SP2
Server (HP Proliant ML350)
OPC Server from Scientech called PMax Ver 1.0.

to I/A Version 8.3 using FBM233 OPC Client Ver 1.3.1.

Theoretically all boxes are OPC DA 2.0.
Tried everything
