I have an OPC Q&A that I will provide to those that ask off-line. It
discusses our product offerings.
I'd attach it to this e-mail, but it would just be stripped.
I know of one case of A-B ControLogix to AW70X OPC I/O Gate done in this
office and it looks pretty good so far.

We are in the process of evaluating some third party programs to
automatically monitor the performance of a control loop and to
alert
the
appropriate personnel when there is a problem so the loop can be
re-tuned.
Is anyone else doing this? What has been your experience with these
type of
programs?
The preferred approach of the vendors we considering to getting
data
out of
the I/A system seems to be through OPC. Are you using OPC, and if
so,
which driver are you using, Foxboro's or third party? What has
been
your
experience with it?
