I've had this also, usually on existing displays I've edited...Most of the 
time deleting the OMI message and re-importing it solves it.

I use OMI a lot and have a similar problem where I have text content 
driven by .MSGNO and .SN000X parameters, but my problem is sort of the 
inverse of yours in that sometimes the content of the OMI message is not 
visible, but may become visible if the display is refreshed/updated, - 
sometimes, it doesent happen to all displays all the time. Its frustrating 

to the operations personnell to say the least. We have a plan to move away 

from the OMI driven message handling and move to a messsage handling 
system we built ourselves.
