I have certainly seen this on V8.x systems and the culprit was the CAD and not 
AIM.  QFs were released but then withdrawn for reasons I can't remember.  
Please raise another CAR for your combination of I/A, CAD and AIM.

I'm running Aim 3.2.3.53 and all the operator action acknowledge (Unack
to ack) records are missing data. They are missing the first 2
characters for each field starting with the act_type and below. Has
anyone seen this in their system or know of a fix or CAR?
