Re: [foxboro] (No X-MIMEOLE: Produced By Microsoft Exchange V6.5

Not being able to change the password from the default is interesting,
especially in view of my considering installing a windows I/A system. Does
anyone know the long-term plan concerning being able to change to a different
password from the default? (Unless the answer is "never", in which case this
may also be sensitive security information.)
Along this line, I have a couple of spare 51F's. For the operator workstations
(not the host, which apparently has to be a windows box regardless) on a new
all-mesh node, should I upgrade these 51F's to unix-on-the-mesh (when
available, assuming I can wait)? Or should I buy new XP workstations? (Also
note that the I/A we currently have is all unix I/A, and we make extensive use
of Exceed sessions.)

Thanks for your input,

Ummm, before the Greek chorus starts, let's remember that this will be archived
for perpetuity. Along with the fact that we cannot change the default password,
security by obscurity is the only option for us poor saps who have to run
Windows I/A. Let's keep it that way.
