Thanks Jeremy,

My issue (as I recall) was if you have different environment names, the ones in
/opt/fox/env show as well as the ones in /opt/customer/env.

If you delete the /opt/fox/env ones, everything is fine except you have to
remember to delete them again on each upgrade of FV.
