Re: [foxboro] Network Switches

We have standardized on a couple of models of Hirschman switch for this. We
have gone with the rail mount units for things like PLC I/O and the 19" rack
mount substation class units for places where we need a 19" rack mount unit,
such as the "2nd Ethernet" on Foxboro systems.

We find these units to be easy to configure (web based) reliable, and have
excellent support from the local distributor.

Highly recommended.

If you need more specifics on models, contact me off list.
