I would like to add another vote for Unix.
MS systems are prone to all sorts of operator input! Also UNIX keeps the I=
T people and their "one size fits all" ideas at arms length.

One of the major factors that we chose Foxboro was because of the UNI=
X platform.
I am sure MS is already working on the next OS to replace XP. How lo=
ng can we expect support from Foxboro after the life span of XP is over?=20

We are currently looking at upgrading all of our AW's and WP's. The
question is whether to stay with Unix or move to the NT boxes. Does anyone
have any experiences that they are willing to share about NT vs. Unix vs. a
Hybrid system. I have no real desire to give Bill & Co. more of my world
but everyone seems to be headed that way.
