Upgrade to SP6a. I'm pretty sure that that is the recommended SP level;
check with the CSC to be sure.

Dear guys,
Does anyone know the preventive action to avoid CPU hang on the 
AW70 which use WindowsNT Service Pack 5 operating system?
Rebooting the CPU once a month?
It's almost never happen on our AW51 which use Unix operating system.
