We had some do the same, but found out later that QF1008151 was loaded = after the QF1005815 on some of our FoxView 9.0.1 Unix consoles and this is = what caused the problem. Even though QF1008151 was a later Quick Fix it = broke the time change fix. Any ideas on why?
