The description in that CAR1003660 describes pretty well the lock-up: 
the screen (DM in our case) is frozen when the operators call up a 
trend, any trend. And it takes 5-6 minutes before anything is pickable 
on the screen again, or the graphic can be changed.

Yeah, I wouldn't think that the DM/FV would have any dependency on CSA, 
either, but the symptoms are completely reproducible.
