Thank you for your replies ... I found a question to which everyone
answered in unison ... that's gotta be a first ! Just for the record, I
agree with you; it's always been my position that the DCS can't be relied
on to provide equipment lockout (at least not where personnel protection is
concerned). I was being pressed to come up with a "soft" solution and
needed some industry support ... thank you.
