2FFP02.txt is being used as my input file and the first few lines look
like this:

OPEN FCP002 ALL TJV
ADD   =3D FLA_D1133
  TYPE   =3D COMPND
  DESCRP =3D IA COMPOUND

The following error is echoed to the screen:
