Thanks, so I read this as "Foxbor's position on this is that you have to
purchase product J0175GU to have a 'right to use' license for Medus,
derived from them", correct?

And I've got a _real_ gripe about that. We got burned by this! We now have
a simple little script that we run from cron that emails our process
control group when a mirrored drive faisl. I suppose if I took the time, I
could add this as an alarm to the Foxboro alarm handler, also.
Why is this not dealt with by Sustem Manager, as other hardware problems
are?
