1. The Foxboro software probably expects certain card types to be using
certain interrupts.  Are yours the same?

2.  Are you using the same ethernet card as Foxboro for communication with
the rest of the Foxboro system.  I believe Foxboro loads a custom ethernet
driver.  Has this been checked?  If the machine will be stand alone, then
use the MS Loop back adapter (i.e. no card installed) as the primary
ethernet for the Foxboro PC.

3.  Are your NT OS settings the same as what Foxboro specifies in their
documents?

We have a  test PC, Dell Pentium 4 Optiplex GX260 2 GHz  ; 40 GIG IDE =
hard drive ; 256 MB RAM,  Windows NT 4 SP5. We tried to load Foxboro day =
0 NT Ethernet CD (version 6.1) onto this machine.  After that , we =
rebooted PC, the machine locked up at the blue screen. We recovered the =
original NT image using ghost, PC rebooted fined. We then reloaded Day 0 =
(version 6.01), same problem, PC crashed at blue screen.=20

If you can offer some advice, it is greatly appreciated.=20
