You are trying to load I/A on a non-qualified PC. 
Foxboro goes thru great pains to qualify specific models from Dell.
The ever changing motherboards, video cards, ethernet adapters etc. can all
stop a day0 load dead in it's tracks.
There are instances even on qualified machines where specific instructions
must be followed before you reboot the machine.
i.e.   During the I/A load certain drivers may gett loaded to support
hardware that you don't have. Thus blue screen.
Must remove these specfic drivers before reboot or blue screen is the
result.
