There is a bit in the Station Block which can be set to supress the 
message

an example:

DISABL                                                     
28-11-02 11:38:08:8                      ALARM MESSAGES INHIBITED

PAB-Alm      11:38:14 F1411:FAL1411_GM   EDELWASSERMENGE < 12 M3/H
ENABLE                                                     
28-11-02 11:38:14:8                      ALARM MESSAGES ENABLED
