If you are on a live system you had better know what you are doing because if 
you don't the process can be in deep trouble, very quickly.
 
I like to tell people to use the setpars -gIknowwhatido on simulators and 
tesbeds and totally off-line systems.  It really helps test your graphics and 
programs if you can load_all the actual blocks into a CP (or virtual CP) and 
then just slam all your IOMOPT's to zero, because you have no FBM's attached 
and all your signals are in service.
 
By the way don't forget the -g (as in geee I really know what I'm doing!!) 
 
Not required for iccapi or getpars, only the setpars.
