Re: [foxboro] ICCAPI error

Thanks to all who offered help, explanation, and commiseration on the
ICCAPI loadall problem. I tried many permutations of rebooting the FSim
station, the host AW, yadda, yadda, without luck. Not until we
initialized the FSim station and rebooted that the loadall finally went
without a hitch.

I still don't know what caused the initial problem, but I'm not going to
worry about it for now. The FSim is running, and everybody is happy.
