Re: [foxboro] ICC to CP disconnect

Matt,

Glad you resolved the issue.
I occasionally use the delete/undelete on a block, rarely on a whole
compound. I've never done it on a compound with sequence or PLB
block, I'll have to try on an offline system sometime and see if I
have similar problems.
Because your CSA entries were cleared and the .O files were missing
from your workfile directory, I'd say this wasn't a workfile
corruption problem. The two most likely scenarios to me remain
accidental initialization (which would have left your checkpoint file
initialized - size = 2171 if I recall) or the deletion of a compound
with the same name as the CP letterbug. Depending on how many
checkpoints have taken place since you did your loadall, you might be
able to see if the BBcblbug.UC file is tiny compared to the current
DBcplbug.UC file - if tiny it was probably an initialization.

My recollection is that the code you view on your Sequence block is
loaded from the files in the /opt/fox/ciocfg/COMPOUND subdirectory on
the AW - if this was missing too, that would further imply the CP was
initialized, as this compound wouldn't be missing otherwise.

Regards,

Kevin FitzGerrell
