When the ICC is invoked it creates a file to indicate that the CP is in
use by the ICC.
The message that you saw can occur if:
1) Another instance of the ICC or the ICC Driver Task is working on the
CP or
2) The ICC or ICC Driver Task failed abnormally.
In the latter case, answering Yes will clear the issue. In the former
case, answering Yes will cause you problems. So make sure no one is
using the CP if you say Yes, okay?

Yesterday, when I wanted to modify the ICC block, during opening ICC, I
choose 1 compound to open but after I click OK button, showed up new
window
with comment :
*Database Locked
Are you want to override?
Yes No*
If I choose No, back to compound selection.
If I choose Yes , still could not open the compound or ICC block.
What happen to this ICC? How to solve this problem?
