Re: [foxboro] IABatch historical files?

Ken,

We have an older system (FoxBatch), but I have a I/A Series Batch Suite
UNIX User's Guide (BO193YS, REV A, 1999) from training. It doesn't say what
release of IABatch it is for. You need to find a User's Guide for your
system. Mine has a "Chapter 11. History and Archiving" that explains all
about active and archive databases. I shouldn't say more, because your
system is probably different from any of my references.

 Hi,
I have IABatch ver 5.3 running on an AW51B, the /opt partition is nearly
full, I took a quick look at /opt/fox/IABatch/cfg and there a lot of
files that appear to be just historical files. Example file names are
H01-11-23.dat, H01-11-23.dbd, H01-11-23.key, with a date of 2001. There
appears to be a set of files for each month.=20
If they can be deleted, can they be deleted while Batch is running?

Regards,

Ken Moore
