Yes you can add FBM's by just configuring the ECB's, there is no need to do a
sysdef.

Subject: [foxboro] I/A FBM addition

Hi all,

I've been out of the I/A loop for about 2 years and have suffered some
atrophy. I'm thinking about adding some additional I/O in an upcoming project.
Can you add FBM's to a CP without a new sysdef, day 0, etc..?
