I went thru this a few years ago, tried everything
you did, got field service invlolved and TAC.

I finally fixed it myself by rebuilding the
whole thing from scratch, it seems it may have
been corrupted and the corruption was on my
backup also.

Hi list,

 We are experiencing a problem with our historian. For some unknown =
reason,
the historian reduction groups are not working. So far we have taken =
the
following actions to no avail:

- Rebooted the AW
- Stopped and started the historian (in our case named FKHS01) via the
historian scheduler
- Stopped and started the reduction groups
- Stopped and started the reduction groups via the "clr start" option. =
The
first time we tried this option, we got an error message(error code =
-8),
which we haven't got    in other tries of the "clr start" command.


After all these actions, the historian reduction groups do not work.

I would appreciate if anybody has an insight into this kind of problem.
