Re: [foxboro] Hiding Clear Alarms button in CAD

I'm in the middle of doing this right now ... removing the Clear & Block
Detail buttons.

20-series CAD ... the templates are in usr/fox/tmplts or
usr/fox/ia16/usr/fox/tmplts and can be modified with the Display
Builder/Configurator

50-series CAD ... use the DispAlarmCfg tool ... the procedure is quite
involved and is detailed in B0193RV, section 9

The AM must be restarted for the changes to take place using ...

pref -AMNAME amcmd "quitam on ; exit"

where AMNAME is the name of your alarm manager.

Rather than releting the buttons, consider changing their permission level
to Engineer.

Don't just do the CAD ... there are other alarm displays which can have
Clear & Block Detail button ... MRA, NEWALM, ACKED, UNACK, AHD
