I've got a perl script I use for this on my PC.  It takes a d_edit -l
listing of the graphics and the AApan files as inputs.  It keys off of all
blocks with ALMSTA, PRTYPE, CRIT or UNACK parameters referenced in the
graphics and generates AAtab files.

If that sounds like what you need, email me for it.  If you want something a
little different, let me know -- it may be an easy change.
