    One possibility is that the printer needs to be specifically designated
as a PCL3 printer in the "/etc/printscreen.options" file.  With printer LP36
(an HP Deskjet 890C) attached to the parallel port, our AW51B's
/etc/printscreen.options file looks like this:

:LPxx    PCL3
:LP36    PCL3


    I also think you need the "/etc/printscreen.printers" file.  Ours looks
like this:

:HP680 PCL3 DRAFT RESOLUTION300 LANDSCAPE STD_COLORS_ONLY
DELTA_RLE_COMPRESSION REAL_SCALE
:HP870  PCL3 NORMAL STD_AND_NOMINAL_COLORS DELTA_RLE_COMPRESSION
:HP870P PCL3 NORMAL PORTRAIT STD_AND_NOMINAL_COLORS DELTA_RLE_COMPRESSION
