I don't believe that the .r file actually has anything beyond character 60
on each line.  If you do a "strings HLBLCODE.r > lookat" type extraction,
you can see the best case of what can be displayed.

Hello everybody,
Does anybody know if there is a way to decrease the font size for viewing
the HLBL code of an indepedent block when looking at the block default
display in Display Manager ?
If the lines of code are beyond a certain length ( ~ 60 characters) then
you run out of viewing area at the right hand side.
